Tiger Woods has entered a not guilty plea following his rollover crash in Florida.

On Friday, Woods was arrested and charged with two misdemeanors of DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test. Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek said at a press conference that Woods was "lethargic on scene" and did "exemplify signs of impairment." Woods' breathalyzer test came back clean, but, once at the jail, he refused to submit to a urinalysis test.

According to an affidavit obtained by PEOPLE on Tuesday, upon searching Woods at the crash site, authorities found two white pills in his pants pocket, which were later identified as the opioid hydrocodone.

Through his attorney on Tuesday, Woods requested a trial by jury in Marin County.
