Whoopi Goldberg has compared a (potential) government building to a penis.

The View cohost and Oscar-winning Ghost actress ridiculed Donald Trump's visual rendering of his proposed presidential library, which she shamed for appearing to be a giant phallus jutting into the Miami skyline.

After Eric Trump, the president's son and creator of the building, shared on social media a first look at conceptual art depicting the planned skyscraper, Goldberg tore into the design during Tuesday's live episode.

"Look, there's so much crazy stuff going on. The fact that... did you see the rendition of the library that he's building? It's a giant... it looks like a giant penis," the 70-year-old said as the studio audience laughed.

"Oh, let me see that," Joy Behar asked. "It's ironic, because he can't read as it is. This big library!"

Goldberg continued, calling the library "this giant thing," before asking, "It's like, where are you putting that? Why are you building a bunker under the White House? It's not your building. You don't own the building! You can't just put stuff there. It's not your house!"

She later clarified that the White House is "not personal property of the sitting president" and belongs to the people as public property.

Legal expert and former federal prosecutor Sunny Hostin also criticized Trump's excess, particularly as a president who "puts his name on everything" — a clear nod to his insistence on adding his name to the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

"I compared [Trump's library] immediately to President [Barack] Obama's presidential center, not a library, that I think should be the standard for what a presidential library does," Hostin added. "He says it's a living civic center to teach people about civics."

She pointed to what she called a "stark contrast" between the two plans, because, in her estimation, "President Trump will never be the type of president [that] President Obama was, and he lives rent-free in [Trump's] mind. That stark difference says it all."

Hostin finished by calling Trump "probably a malignant narcissist that probably only thinks about himself and wants to stamp his name on everything, as opposed to doing something for the people."

When reached for comment, White House spokesperson Davis Ingle tells Entertainment Weekly in a statement that The View cohosts are "extremely unlikeable, talentless hacks" who have "Trump Derangement Syndrome," he says.

"I lose braincells [sic] every single time I have the displeasure of hearing them speak," Ingle adds.

Earlier this week, Eric Trump shared on X a first-look video of the library, writing, "Over the past six months, I have poured my heart and soul into this project with my incredible team at @Trump. This landmark on the water in Miami, Florida will stand as a lasting testament to an amazing man, an amazing developer, and the greatest President our Nation has ever known."

The View airs weekdays on ABC.
