Prince William and Princess Catherine have issued a statement expressing solidarity with those impacted by the catastrophic wildfires sweeping through France, Spain and the UK.
The royal couple's statement went out to everyone who was affected by the natural disasters. Their statement read, "Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the devastating wildfires across France, Spain and the UK.
"We are deeply grateful to the firefighters, emergency services and volunteers working tirelessly in extraordinarily difficult conditions. These events are a stark reminder of the challenges posed by an increasingly extreme climate and the importance of protecting both people and nature. W." This comes amid William reportedly having a "problem" with father King Charles.

The message was signed with a 'W' representing William, though it was posted on the couple's shared X account.
Enormous forest fires have triggered the mass evacuation of 200,000 individuals in southwestern France and central Spain as blazes continue to burn uncontrollably.
In France, 141,000 residents across the Gironde and Landes departments have been ordered to leave their homes.

Meanwhile, in Bordeaux, local authorities mandated the evacuation of an additional 55,000 people on the city's outskirts as emergency crews battled encroaching wildfires.

On Sunday, it was reported that a British restaurant owner in Bordeaux said the city is "full of smoke and ash" and residents are wearing masks if they go outside.
Lance Attwood, 58, who owns Sweeney Todd's in Bordeaux city center, said: "It's not really conducive to coming out.
"The town is full of smoke and ash, so there's a big drop in business, people are just walking around town in masks. Our biggest concern is people's safety and the safety of the emergency services."

Despite the devastating wildfires sweeping through the country's southwest, France's foreign minister has urged vacationers to press ahead with their travel plans, as the blazes continue to burn at an unprecedented scale.
People throughout U.K. and Europe have been contending with the increase of extreme weather, including heat and drought. This is being fueled by human-caused climate change due to the burning of fossil fuels.
At this time, firefighters in Spain and France are fighting to bring "unprecedented" wildfires under control "before another blistering heatwave sweeps across Europe this week," the Independent reported.
Fires have been raging in France, consuming roughly four times of the size of Paris, and have reached about nine miles from Bordeaux, which is the nation's sixth-largest city.
