Things do not appear to be going Prince Harry’s way, as he may soon need to find a way to patch things up with his brother, Prince William. According to a report from Woman & Home, a royal insider details the grim fate that awaits the Sussexes if he fails to mend his bond with the future king before his coronation.
The expert detailed that the Duke would not want to have William as his enemy because the consequences “could be severe” for him. The report comes in light as rumors circulate on the internet that he might strip the estranged prince’s royal title.
Insider Suggests Prince Harry Find Ways to Reconcile With Prince William
Royal biographer Duncan Larcombe spoke with Woman & Homeabout the tragic future awaiting Prince Harry if he doesn’t manage to have a cordial relationship with Prince William. He said, “Harry would benefit from building bridges with William, not least because of what revenge he could and may likely take once he becomes King.”
He continued, “Harry may be many things but he is not stupid.” He explained that remaining at war with the Prince of Wales, then, the “consequences” for the Duke would be severe. Out of the many possibilities, Larcombe speculated that William could potentially strip his estranged brother’s royal titles.
Larcombe noted that it would have been an unlikely situation in the past, but after King Charles did the same with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor in 2025, the possibility remains. He believes that if Harry is stripped of his royal title, it would be a “bitter blow” to him.
However, theconsequences would not be limited to Prince Harry only, because the outlet noted that William “will, at the very least” strip Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet of their titles. In a separate report from Royal Insider, Richard Fitzwilliams, a royal commentator, opened up about the dangers if he removed the titles of Harry’s children.
“In the hypothetical situation where the monarch removed Archie and Lili’s titles, there would be outrage, especially since they were not responsible for the royal rift,” he said. “William will be well aware of these dangers. He is a consummate diplomat and expect him to handle this matter without causing offence and leave well alone.”

The situation remains tricky, as the Prince of Wales has not spoken with Harry during his visit in July 2026 and might not be interested in making amends.
Expert Opinion
In a separate report from Page Six, Hugo Vickers, a royal expert, told the outlet that the future king might not strip the Sussexes’ royal titles. He reasoned, “It appears vindictive.” Another source backed the statement, stating that both Harry and Markle’s royal titles are “irrelevant and meaningless at this point.”
They remarked, “No one thinks [Harry and Meghan] are royal anyway. William won’t strip them of their titles because they are irrelevant and meaningless at this point.” But if William decides to strip their titles, the Suits star could divorce the Invictus Games founder.
During an interview with TalkTV, Thomas Markle Jr., Meghan Markle’s estranged brother, claimed that his sister would part ways with Harry. He added, “I think once the titles get stripped, I think Harry’s done.”
