Karoline Leavitt has been branded a "liar" as she reflected on the past four years in a social media post.
The 29-year-old, who recently stepped down from her job as White House press secretary, took to X and Instagram on Sunday, September 13, to share an article about her run in the 2022 United States House of Representatives elections in New Hampshire.
The article Leavitt shared was headlined, "Leavitt Upsets Mowers, Winning New Hampshire House G.O.P. Primary." Alongside the article screenshot, the mom-of-two reflected on everything that has happened over the past four years. It comes as Donald Trump announced Leavitt's temporary replacement.

Alongside the screenshot, Leavitt wrote, "Four years ago tonight, and what a night it was! I have since married my husband, gave birth to two babies, worked as the spokeswoman for the most historic presidential campaign in history, and served for 20 months as the White House Press Secretary. God is good!"
Leavitt's critics were quick to jump on the post, with many mocking her marriage to Nicholas Riccio, who is 32 years her senior. "You married a man old enough to be your father," one person hit out.

Another X user questioned, "You lost the general election and married someone the same age as your dad. How is that winning?"
A third Leavitt critic joked, "“I have since married a man old enough to be my grandfather, gave birth to two babies, worked as the spokeswoman for the most historically corrupt President in history, and served for 20 months lying through my teeth as the White House Press Secretary.” Fixed it for you."

Other people offered general criticism of Leavitt. "Oooh honey…. You’re a liar! What God say about that!?" one person hit out.
Another person fumed, "And you’re actually proud of these things. You’re clueless," while one X user asked, "Is this the same God you were praying to right before you had your press meetings & proceeded to lie after lie after lie to the American public on behalf of Trump?"
They continued, "Just want to see if it’s the same God. I’m sure he saw and heard EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE LIES YOU TOLD."

Leavitt's X post comes President Trump announced Marco Rubio will be among officials temporarily filling in as White House press secretary following Leavitt's resignation.
"We have a lot of people that want it. Many people want it. You know what we're going to do for a little while, we're going to use the secretary - the - you know, Marco, maybe JD, because JD did a great job," Trump told reporters as he spoke at Shannon International Airport in County Clare, Ireland, over the weekend.
The president continued, "But we're going to use Scott [Bessent]... we're going to use a lot of our secretary... and we'll do it for a little while, but, ultimately, I'll pick somebody." There was shouting until Trump said, "We'll do Marco next? I will."
