Even Jennifer Lopez preps for her bikini scenes.
The singer and actress, 56, revealed in an interview with Extrathe secret to how she got ready for her bikini scene in Netflix's Office Romance — and said consistency is the key.
"You know that you're gonna be on-screen… You gotta be prepared… in the gym and eating right,” she told the outlet.
“It's about eating healthy and eating the right things and working out and being consistent. I say these things all the time,” she added.
She wasn't the only one to show some skin in the film, and her costar Brett Goldstein, 45, also confessed to feeling some pressure showing off his physique.

“Of course I f---ing did… I'm doing a scene with this one,” he joked of Lopez.
While the “On the Floor” singer wasn't as nervous about showing off her body in the film, she previously admitted that there was another aspect of filming a romance movie that she still found “nerve-wracking”: kissing her co-star.
“I've been doing this a long time,” Lopez told PEOPLE before reflecting on her experience kissing Goldstein on the set of the Netflix rom-com. “I want to say that I was fine, but it's always a thing. It's like, ‘Okay, I have to kiss this person that I don't know and I'm just getting to know you.' You get a little nervous, that's all.”

Goldstein acknowledged that the bright lights and huge cameras can add to the pressure, though he insisted that the secret to shaking off the nerves is to “just go for it” without giving it a second thought.
In the new Netflix movie, Lopez plays Jackie Cruz, a CEO at a major company who falls for her recently hired employee, Daniel Blanchflower, played by Goldstein. Their secret love affair is in full swing when Jackie and Daniel decide to “stop playing by the rules and start following their hearts,” according to the official logline.

Goldstein previously told PEOPLE that he and co-writer Joe Kelly wrote the rom-com specifically with Lopez in mind during a train ride as they filmed Ted Lasso's third season.
"We started asking ourselves who the best rom-com star is, and without hesitation, we both said JLo,” he said. “And within the space of a long train journey, we had the whole idea for the film.”
"It's easy to write a rom-com when you have JLo in mind,” he added. “She's the best at this stuff. We just wanted to write something funny and smart enough to be worthy of her saying yes.”
Office Romance begins streaming Friday, June 5, on Netflix.
